    When following a low carb diet, keep healthy snacks to hand to help kirb any cravings and keep on track.

    One of the hardest parts of starting a low carb diet is in between meals when you are used to reaching out for a packet of chips, chocolate bar or sweet treat. These easy low carb snacks will fill that void. Make sure you have some to hand whether you are at home or work.
