Are you feeling stuck and needing some extra inspiration? I’m here to help with this Keto Meal Plan. This meal plan provides a simple yet satisfying approach to keto eating, featuring a variety of flavorful dishes to keep your taste buds excited throughout the week.

We have 4 weekly keto meal plans you can choose from too. This is week one but you can use them in any order. Click on the recipe for each day to take you to the recipe card.

Monday

  • Breakfast - Sausage Egg Muffins
  • Lunch - Shrimp Zucchini Salad
  • Snack - Hardboiled Eggs
  • Dinner - Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers
