A collection of 25 low carb and keto pasta alternatives. From lasagna, cannelloni to noodles, you can still enjoy a hearty low carb meal without the heavy feeling afterwards.

When following a low carb diet, one of the foods you might miss is pasta. As this is made with wheat flour the carb content means it's unsuitable for a low carb diet or lifestyle.

Happily there are plenty of low carb and keto alternatives to pasta that you can enjoy and it's not all zucchini! All of these recipes are also gluten-free and a few are keto vegetarian too.
