Made with keto lasagna noodles, this chicken broccoli lasagna is pure comfort food without the carbs.
I wanted to try out my keto lasagna noodle recipe, so this was my first lasagna with them for the Chief Taster. As he was the only one eating this, I got to test how it heats up, whether it freezes and how it is the next day as he was served this over a few days.

Carbs in Lasagna
Lasagna typically has a significant amount of carbs, mainly from the pasta layers. On average, a serving of traditional lasagna can have around 30-50 grams of carbs, depending on the recipe and serving size.
By using a low carb replacement for lasagna noodles the carb content decreases. This keto lasagna recipe has just 5 grams net carbs per serving.
Ingredients
Once you have cooked chicken, keto lasagna noodles and an Alfredo sauce, you can quickly assemble this chicken broccoli lasagna recipe.
- Shredded chicken - A great way to use left over chicken, rotisserie chicken or you can poach chicken breasts, then shred before use.
- Broccoli - chop into small florets. Fresh or frozen can be used. If you use frozen, defrost the florets before use.
- Keto Alfredo Sauce - we use our keto alfredo sauce recipe with an easy combination of cream, butter and cheese.
- Shredded Mozzarella cheese - finely shredded.
- Parmesan cheese - use fresh Parmesan and shred it yourself rather than store bought.
- Keto Lasagna Noodles - we use our own keto lasagna noodle recipe but you can use other variations.
- Italian Seasoning - oregano makes a great substitute.
- Salt & Pepper - adjust to your own preference.
How to Make Keto Chicken Broccoli Lasagna
Once you have leftover chicken, made the keto Alfredo sauce and keto lasagna noodles, this is an easy recipe to quickly assemble.
Spoon a layer of Alfredo sauce and top with keto lasagna noodles.
Top with broccoli florets.
Top with shredded chicken.
Repeat the layers and bake until golden.
Recipe Tips
Season each layer with the salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning for maximum flavor.
Finely chop the broccoli and chicken. My version was on the chunky side but still tasted good.
Try other cheeses such as ricotta cheese or cheddar cheese in place of the mozzarella cheese.
What to Serve with Keto Chicken Broccoli Lasagna
Lasagna can be a hearty meal but make it a feast and serve it the a side of keto garlic bread, roasted asparagus or a classic green salad.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat individual portions in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. You can also reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes. We preferred reheating in the oven to keep the structure of the lasagna layers as the microwave can soften the keto lasagna noodles.
Freezing
To freeze, cut the lasagna into portions and place each portion in a freezer-safe container or wrap tightly with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating, or bake from frozen at 350°F (175°C) for about 45-60 minutes, covering with foil if it starts to brown too quickly.

WOW! This was delicious and easy to make despite needing 3 recipes (noodle, alfredo, and lasagna). I used 2-10 ounce cans of chicken; otherwise made as written! Husband approved.
