Keto chicken broccoli lasagna is a great way to enjoy a low-carb twist on a classic dish. Layers of chicken and broccoli are cooked in an Alfredo sauce with Keto lasagna noodles for a tasty low carb and grain free comfort dish.

cooked shredded chicken

Alfredo sauce

Keto Lasagna Noodles

Italian seasoning

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees.
Spread a thin layer of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish (we used a 9x13 inch dish).
Layer keto lasagna noodle on top of the sauce, followed by broccoli and chicken.
Sprinkle Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of sauce and a generous amount of cheese on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
We use our keto lasagna noodle recipe but you can substitute this with other low carb lasagna sheets.
