These Greek Chicken Burgers are a flavorful twist on the classic burger, bursting with Mediterranean flavors. These Greek chicken burgers were quick and easy to make. They were declared moist and flavorful by the Chief Taster and he enjoyed them again the following day. These would make a great recipe to use for chicken meatballs too!

How to Make Greek Chicken Burgers

This is a quick and easy chicken recipe to make in under 30 minutes.

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Mix well to combine.

Recipe Tips

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons black olives, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ red onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, red pepper, feta cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, almond flour, black olives, oregano, and red onion. Mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick.
