These juicy, Mediterranean-inspired burgers are made with ground chicken, feta cheese, red pepper, and black olives, delivering a burst of flavor in every bite.

- 1 lb ground chicken
- ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons black olives, chopped
- ⅓ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ red onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, red pepper, feta cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, almond flour, black olives, oregano, and red onion. Mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick.
Place the patties on the grill or in the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the burgers are golden brown.
Serve the burgers on a bed of lettuce or in keto buns, topped with additional feta, olives, or your favorite Greek-inspired toppings. Pair with tzatziki sauce, cucumber slices, or tomato for an authentic touch.
