Oh, how I love Baileys and would drink it for breakfast/have it as mid morning drink at the office/knock a glass back when I got home if it was feasible. This is just so easy to make and easier to drink. Not a low carb recipe at all and I am usually screaming at the bathroomscales after a weekend sipping this. But a Diva has to live and the occasionally tipple is required after a crappy week wrestling with numbers, budgets and idiots. Mix, drink, enjoy and eat salad & soup the week after to pull back the badness!
1 cup cream
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 cups whiskey
1 tspn instant coffee
2 tblspn chocolate syrup
1 tspn vanilla extract
1 tspn almond extract
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend at high speed for 20 seconds
- Transfer to a clean bottle with tight fitting cap.
- Store in the fridge and shake before serving.
