This Keto White Chocolate Orange Cheesecake delivers the perfect harmony of creamy decadence and bright citrusy zing. The nutty pecan base complements the luscious white chocolate filling, enhanced with a pop of orange flavor that feels like sunshine on your taste buds. And the best part? No oven required!

A slice of cheesecake with a crumbly base and creamy topping, garnished with peach pieces, is placed on a blue plate. The rest of the cheesecake is in the background.

This is a low carb and gluten-free version of a white chocolate cheesecake I used to make many years ago. With just a few tweaks, the Chief Taster happily went down Memory Lane with his first slice. I almost forgot my name when munching a slice as this is pure low carb comfort food.

Why You Will Love This Recipe

Made with low-carb ingredients to keep you on track.

A no-bake recipe that comes together effortlessly.

Creamy white chocolate and zesty orange create an unforgettable pairing.

Ingredients

This is all you need to make this no bake cheesecake recipe.

Ingredients on a marble surface include pecans, melted butter, sweetener, cream cheese, heavy cream, keto white chocolate chips, orange peel, and orange extract.

Base:

  • Pecans: Provide a buttery, nutty base with a crunch that’s low in carbs and high in healthy fats. Other keto friendly nuts such as almonds, macadamia or walnuts can be substituted.
  • Sweetener: Opt for allulose, monk fruit, or your favorite keto-friendly sweetener for just the right amount of sweetness.
  • Melted butter: Holds everything together while adding a rich, creamy flavor.

Filling:

  • White chocolate chips: Use sugar-free white chocolate to maintain the keto-friendly profile while delivering creamy sweetness.
  • Cream cheese: The star of the filling, giving the cheesecake its signature creamy texture and tangy taste.
  • Heavy or whipping cream: Adds lightness and a velvety finish to the filling.
  • Orange extract: Infuses the filling with a bright, citrusy aroma; feel free to adjust to taste. We will make our own keto orange extract when we can't find it in stores.
  • Orange rind: Freshly grated orange zest for a natural burst of flavor and vibrant color.

Keto White Chocolate

Keto white chocolate is a low-carb version of traditional white chocolate made with sugar-free ingredients. It offers the same creamy, buttery flavor but is formulated to be compatible with a ketogenic diet. Unlike regular white chocolate, which is sweetened with sugar and can spike blood sugar levels, keto-friendly white chocolate uses alternative sweeteners that won't disrupt ketosis.

How to Make White Chocolate No Bake Cheesecake

The hardest part of this cheesecake recipe is waiting for it to set overnight!

Beat cream cheese and add the white chocolate.

Cake batter in a round metal pan on a dark countertop.

Fold in the cream and pour on top of the base, then chill overnight.

Recipe Tips

Firmly press the pecan mixture into the pan and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before adding the filling. This helps it set and prevents crumbling when sliced.

Allow the melted white chocolate to cool slightly before mixing with cream cheese to prevent curdling.

Fresh orange zest adds a natural, vibrant flavor. Use a fine grater to avoid the bitter white pith.

Adjust the orange extract to your preference—start with 2 teaspoons and add more if needed.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze individual slices and thaw them in the fridge when ready to enjoy.
