Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese, plain
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup spring onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees.
- Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish. We use a 9 x 13 sized baking dish. You could top the dip with grated cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Decorate with chopped spring onions, bacon bits or blue cheese crumbles.
