Buffalo chicken dip is made with cottage cheese for a creamy low carb dip to enjoy as an appetizer, bring to gatherings or Game Day.

- 1 cup cottage cheese, plain
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup spring onions, chopped
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees.
Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Spoon the mixture into a baking dish. We use a 9 x 13 sized baking dish. You could top the dip with grated cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Decorate with chopped spring onions, bacon bits or blue cheese crumbles.
