    Spread the love

These 10 keto Halloween recipes will keep you on track and are a delicious way to enjoy the holidays without sugar or carbs.

As well as being a spooky night, Halloween can be a night full of sweet, sugary temptations. This collection of low carb and gluten free treats offer an alternative without compromising on taste.

How to have a healthy Halloween

The key to a healthy Halloween is to swap the sugar with a low carb sweetener and enjoy baked goods made with a low carb flour. For the chocolate treats, use a sugar free or high cocoa solids chocolate.

    Sugar-Free Halloween Treats

For this collection we have put together low carb cookies, muffins, chocolate treats and a couple of healthy vegetable treats. Although some children may egg your house if you offer them cucumber!
