If I put it in the fridge until I serve it won’t the cream cheese get too firm?
Angela Coleby
All depends upon the temperature of your fridge and kitchen. If you want the dip soft, take it out 5 minutes before serving.

Can I used cilantro instead of coriander or can I leave it without coriander
Angela Coleby
It's the same herb, just different names. Same dilemma as the eggplant and aubergine..

Think I'll try this with pickled jalapeños. My mom used to stuff those with cream cheese for my dad when I was growing up in New Mexico in the 1950s.
