How to Make Cottage Cheese Chips
We made these keto cottage cheese chips in the microwave and also the oven. We found that the mixture spread out in the microwave, so broke the crispy large chip into pieces. Whatever way you make them, spray the parchment paper first with oil to prevent the chips from sticking.

Lightly spray parchment paper with oil.

Spoon cottage cheese onto the parchment paper.

Season to own taste and bake.

For Microwave, spoon cottage cheese over parchment paper.

Microwave for 2 ½ minutes.
