Ingredients
- Low carb tortilla - we use our almond flour tortilla recipe for a sturdy base but you could use store bought keto tortillas too.
- Marinara sauce - any homemade keto pizza sauce or marinara sauce. If you use store bought, check the sugar content.

How to make keto air fryer tortilla pizza
Grab your toppings, cheese and a keto tortilla and you are ready for a pizza!
Place the low carb tortilla in an air fryer and spoon marinara sauce on top.
Add your toppings.
Sprinkle with cheese and seasoning.
Air fry until the cheese is golden.
Not having the oven on in our current heat was a bonus for me and makes me enjoy my air fryer even more!
Recipe Tips
Scatter the cheese on last to secure your toppings. If you use pepperoni, the slices may fly around the air fryer.
To secure the tortilla in the air fryer we use the steel metal holder. Be careful not to burn your hands when removing it and use gloves or tongs.
Use a tortilla that fits in your air fryer basket without overlapping the sides. We used 6-inch tortillas which fitted perfectly.
Storage
If you have any leftovers, keep the cooked pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat the pizza in the air fryer for a minute. Or enjoy it cold! Especially for breakfast!

Ingredients
- 1 keto almond flour tortilla (6 inches) or low carb tortilla of your choice
- 1 tablespoon low carb marinara sauce
- ¼ cup 112g grated Mozzarella cheese
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes.

- Place the keto-friendly tortilla in the air fryer basket. If you'd like a crisper crust, you can lightly toast it in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes before adding toppings.
- Spread the sugar-free tomato sauce or marinara sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge for the crust.
- Add the toppings of your choice. Be careful not to overload the tortilla.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the toppings and add the Italian seasoning.
- Air fry the tortilla pizza at 375°F (190°C) for about 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the tortilla are crispy. Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer, so keep an eye on it to avoid overcooking.
- Once your keto tortilla pizza is done, carefully remove it from the air fryer using tongs or a spatula. Let it cool for a minute, then slice it and serve.
