A healthy paleo and vegan strawberry and avocado dessert. Easy to make in minutes and ready to eat. Something to make when you are in a hurry for dessert! Or even breakfast?

One of my favourite quick desserts is chocolate avocado mousse but thought I'd change it slightly and use strawberries in place of cocoa powder.  It was delicious, creamy and fruity!  Avocado is a great quick dessert and so flexible.   You could add banana's too for extra creaminess if you don't mind the carbs.

It's just as simple as making a smoothy or cocktail in a blendor.  Even the Chief Taster could make it.  Although he still prefers me to do it because apparantly my switching on a piece of kitchen equipment is better than he could do it. (No, I don't believe that one either!).

If you don't have any strawberries to hand, other soft berries would do such as raspberries or blackberries.  Blueberries don't really work due to their skins.  Sprinkle a dash of coconut on top and you have a delish dessert!  Or healthy breakfast.  Either way, this recipe is for one, so no sharing!

I've tried it with raspberries too! Delicious. Not yet tried blueberries as don't think that will work...blackberries, however...a possibility?
