This recipe is just yummy and I can slather them with cream cheese in the mornings and be ready for a day of number crunching!   You need a donut pan or could make them by hand...but I recommend that you get a donut pan..This version is onion and garlic as I prefer a savoury bagel flavour, but feel free to omit, make it plain, add other ingredients...Low Carb Bagels for all!! Woo hoo!

Is the flax seed 3T whole, then ground, or grind first then measure 3T please?

What is the sodium content? Is it really 5000 mg (5 gm) or 5 mg?

    Hello,
I Just tried to make the bagels.
I don't have a donutpan, treid without it.
They smell great, but didn't rise at all. Any idea why they didn't.

Hi Rosi. I'm glad you enjoyed them but wonder if perhaps you should add a touch more baking powder next time to help them rise? Thanks for popping by!

I am really impressed with your writing skills as well as with
the layout on your weblog. Is this a paid theme or
did you customize it yourself? Either way keep up the
excellent quality writing, it is rare to
see a nice blog like this one nowadays.

Hi! Where can I find a donut tin in Dubai? I've looked everywhere? Also, how many mini bagels does this make? Thanks 🙂

I purchased mine from Geant in Ibn Battutua. It makes about 15-18 mini bagels.. And the Flax seed/coconut flour can be purchased from Geant/Organic Food shop. Enjoy!
