Garlic Butter Meatballs Instructions:

Prepare the Meatballs:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken or turkey, parsley, panko, egg, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Knead the mixture until well combined.
  3. Roll into walnut-sized balls and lightly coat them in flour. Place them on a floured plate while shaping the rest.

Cook the Meatballs:

  1. Heat 2-3 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  1. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon butter, chopped garlic, and parsley.
  2. Cook on low heat until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the white wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  4. Return the meatballs to the pan and let them cook for about 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and the meatballs are cooked through.

Serve:

  1. Remove from heat and garnish with lemon slices, grated Parmesan, and extra parsley if desired.
  2. Serve hot with crusty bread, pasta, or side salad.
