- 3 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 medium egg
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon flour, for coating
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoon butter, divided
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoon white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Lemon zest and slices, for serving
- 1-2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Garlic Butter Meatballs Instructions:
Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken or turkey, parsley, panko, egg, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
- Knead the mixture until well combined.
- Roll into walnut-sized balls and lightly coat them in flour. Place them on a floured plate while shaping the rest.
Cook the Meatballs:
- Heat 2-3 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon butter, chopped garlic, and parsley.
- Cook on low heat until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Return the meatballs to the pan and let them cook for about 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and the meatballs are cooked through.
Serve:
- Remove from heat and garnish with lemon slices, grated Parmesan, and extra parsley if desired.
