- Salad leaves - for this salad we used a mix of arugula and baby spinach.
- Red onion - green onions could be substituted.
- Cherry tomatoes - ensure that they are ripe and full of flavor. Bland tomatoes offer nothing to a salad.
- Walnuts - toast them for extra flavor. Pecans could be substituted.
- Goats cheese - we used a soft goat cheese log but a firmer goats cheese could be used. Feta cheese could be used.
- Dijon mustard - this has a great flavor for the dressing.
HOW TO MAKE ARUGULA GOATS CHEESE SALAD
As with the majority of salad recipes, they are quick and easy to make. Wash your vegetables, toasts your nuts and get your salad dressing ready!

Ingredients

Instructions
