Shrimp lettuce Wrap Ingredients
Shrimp:
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional for spice)
- ½ teaspoon ginger (grated)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Wraps:
- 1 head butter lettuce or romaine leaves
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- ½ cup cucumber (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts (optional)
- Lime wedges for serving
Sauce:
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt or mayo
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Cook the Shrimp
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, then sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp is pink and opaque.
- Remove from heat.
- Prepare the Sauce
