This Shrimp Lettuce Wrap recipe makes approximately 4 servings, with each serving consisting of about 3 lettuce wraps (depending on the size of your lettuce leaves and shrimp portioning).

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha optional for spice
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 head butter lettuce or romaine leaves
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • ½ cup cucumber thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts optional
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or mayo
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha optional

Instructions

  • Cook the Shrimp
    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
    Add garlic and ginger, then sauté for 30 seconds.
    Add shrimp, soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp is pink and opaque.
    Remove from heat.
  • Prepare the Sauce
    In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt (or mayo), lime juice, honey, sriracha, and salt.
  • Assemble the Wraps
    Place shrimp in each lettuce leaf.
    Top with shredded carrots, red bell pepper, cucumber, cilantro, and chopped peanuts.
    Drizzle with sauce.
  • Serve & Enjoy
