Why You’ll Love This Keto Snow Globe Cocktail Recipe

This cocktail is more than a drink; it’s a centerpiece. The vibrant red cranberries and green rosemary floating in bubbly prosecco create a magical snow globe effect that’s perfect for impressing guests or elevating your holiday mood.

With just four simple ingredients and a straightforward process, this recipe is quick to prepare without sacrificing its show-stopping presentation.

The rosemary and cranberry combination fills your glass with a scent that’s quintessentially festive, adding a sensory layer to your cocktail experience.

Ingredients

Just 4 ingredients are used to make this festive cocktail.

A bottle of prosecco, sprigs of rosemary, and a bowl of cranberries are artfully arranged on a marble surface, evoking the enchanting essence of a snow globe cocktail.
  • Cranberries – Fresh or frozen, these add vibrant color.
  • Rosemary – Brings a fresh, aromatic element to the cocktail.
  • Prosecco – Choose a dry prosecco to keep it low-carb. Or use champagne. To make this into a mocktail, use sparkling water.

How to Make Snow Globe Cocktail

A freezer proof glass is essential! Tumbler glasses have a better effect too.

A wine glass filled with clear liquid, cranberries, ice cubes, and a sprig of rosemary creates a picturesque snow globe cocktail.

Place cranberries and a sprig of rosemary in a glass. Top with water.

A hand holds a frosted glass of champagne, resembling a delicate snow globe cocktail, with red berries and a sprig of green inside.

Freeze for an hour, then top up with the bubbly wine of your choice.

Recipe Tips

Keep your prosecco or champagne chilled for the best flavor and effervescence.

Serve in clear coupe or flute glasses to highlight the snow globe effect.

Not all glassware is designed to withstand the freezing process. Look for tempered glass or glassware labeled as freezer-safe. Regular glass is more prone to cracking when subjected to temperature extremes.

If you’re unsure about the durability of your glassware, consider using plastic cups or freezer-safe silicone molds to freeze water instead.

Use this decorative drink idea for a gin and tonic, or vodka and sparkling water.
