    Looking for a new twist on the classic mimosa recipe? Why not try a lavender mimosa that swaps out orange juice for a more floral and unique flavor.

    This refreshing cocktail is perfect for brunch, a bridal shower, or any occasion where you want to add a touch of elegance to your drinks menu. In this recipe, we will use a sugar-free lavender syrup to create a guilt-free and delicious alternative to the traditional mimosa. So, grab your favorite bottle of champagne or sparkling wine and get ready to mix up something special!

    This was a surprise sugar free mimosa for us, especially the Chief Taster. When I mentioned lavender, he shuddered at the thought. One sip and he requested another. It's now a firm request for any brunch.

    Carbs in a Mimosa

    A standard mimosa made with 2 parts champagne and 1 part orange juice (about 2 ounces of each) would contain approximately 8.5 grams of carbohydrates. By replacing the orange juice with a sugar free lavender syrup, reduces the carbs down to just 4g a glass.

    Ingredients

    This is a simple keto mimosa recipe with just 3 ingredients. You can use either champagne or prosecco for this drink.

    How to Make a Low Carb Lavender Mimosa

    Once you have your lavender syrup made, this is as simple as pour the ingredients and serve. It can be served in a straight or wide champagne glass. We like to serve ours with a glass dipped in lemon juice and a powdered low carb sweetener. Entirely optional.

    • 1 oz lemon juice

    • Gently top up with chilled champagne or prosecco.
    • Serve immediately.
