This is a great low carb and gluten free wrap for sandwiches. If you are allergic to coconut or almond flour, then welcome to flaxseed!

A just 1g net carb per wrap this is is a great low carb lunch.  It is high in fibre too so should keep you full until your next meal.  Just stuff this with lots of low carb items and you are good to go!

You could also use this in place of tortillas and even use this as a quick pizza snack by making a thick base and smother it with tomato sauce, toppings, cheese and throwing it under the grill.  Or simply use it as a fabulous sandwich wrap.

I used golden flaxseed flour as I prefer it but use the darker versions if you wish.  The texture of this is very different to my low carb tortilla wraps and is almost like a pancake but the flaxseed flour gives it more of a sandwich flavour.  Due to the softness of the texture it is very easy to roll.

I've also make other versions with spinach and tomato paste in them to make colourful and tasty sandwich wraps.   Feel free to go nuts and play around with it!  Just eat and enjoy!

For a low carb cheese wrap try this keto halloumi wrap.

I just made this, my measuring spoons were in the wash so had to eyeball haha but it turned out sooooo bomb. I melted goat Brie on it while cooking the second side and then topped it off with sun dried tomatoes, spinach and tuna. 😍. New go to! Thanks!

Can't wait to try this. Did you use golden or brown flax seeds?

Do you think it would work if i used 2 egg whites for the egg? I have issues with eggy taste and egg whites seem to have less taste than a whole egg....

You have the best recipes I have found so far.
I would like to make several of these and freeze them. Do you have a recipe for this? So that it would not be so many eggs?

Thanks Jennifer! Glad you enjoy the recipes. I've never frozen any of these so am unsure. I'd advise you freeze just the one as a test rather than waste a lot of ingredients.

Hi Divalicious! This recipe looks fantastic, I'm so excited to try it! My question is, how well do they stay together? I tend to overstuff my roll-ups and I'm hoping these stay strong like a tortilla. Love all your recipes here, so many I'm going to try!

I'd say that they are medium hold? Try the cauliflower wraps...they are great for a roll up wrap! Glad you like the blog and thanks for popping by!

Can't wait to try this and other bread recipes! Loving browsing the low carb recipes. Out of interest, on average, do you know how many net grams of carbs equals low carb content for these recipes?
