- 250 g of cottage cheese
- 20g Chocolate Whey protein (Myprotein)
- 120 ml of heavy cream (for a creamier texture)
- 50g Greek yogurt
- 35 g erythritol
- 2 shots of strong espresso (cooled)
- 20 g grated dark chocolate for decoration
Cottage Cheese Mousse Recipe Steps
Brew a strong shot of espresso and let it cool completely.
