Cajun Chicken Alfredo is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines the creamy richness of Alfredo sauce with the bold and spicy flavors of Cajun seasoning

Place the chicken breasts in between two layers of plastic wrap and flatten with a rolling pin.
Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice Cajun crust. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips or cubes.
In the same skillet, add the noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the Cajun Alfredo sauce to the noodles and cook for 3 minutes for it to thicken.
Return the sliced or cubed Cajun chicken to the skillet and heat through for a couple of minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir the grated Parmesan cheese in.
Serve warm, with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
Serves 2.
