Cream cheese stuffed jalapeños make a perfect keto-friendly snack or appetizer. These spicy peppers are filled with a creamy blend of seasoned cream cheese, then baked until tender with a golden top. The combination of the rich, cheesy filling and the heat of the jalapeño offers a delicious, flavorful bite-sized treat that's ideal for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 10 Jalapeno Peppers halved lengthwise stems, seeds and membranes removed
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1 oz Monterey Jack cheese or cheese of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, xix the cream cheese, garlic and onion powder together.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture into the jalapenos.
  • Cut the Montery Jack cheese into slices and place on top of the jalapenos.

Oven Baked

  • Place the stuffed jalapenos on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the top of the cheese is golden.

Air Fryer

  • Place the prepared stuffed jalapenos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook the stuffed jalapenos at 180C/350F degrees for 6 to 8 minutes until golden on top.
  • Eat and enjoy!
