Cream cheese stuffed jalapeños make a perfect keto-friendly snack or appetizer. These spicy peppers are filled with a creamy blend of seasoned cream cheese, then baked until tender with a golden top. The combination of the rich, cheesy filling and the heat of the jalapeño offers a delicious, flavorful bite-sized treat that's ideal for any occasion.

- 10 Jalapeno Peppers halved lengthwise stems, seeds and membranes removed
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1 oz Monterey Jack cheese or cheese of your choice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, xix the cream cheese, garlic and onion powder together.
Spread the cream cheese mixture into the jalapenos.
Cut the Montery Jack cheese into slices and place on top of the jalapenos.
