  • Wash the arugula and baby leaves thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels or a salad spinner.
  • In a large bowl or on a serving plate, scatter the arugula and spinach leaves.
  • Remove the tops from the strawberries and slice.
  • Remove the stone and peel from the avocado and chop.
  • Layer the strawberries and avocado on the leaves.
  • Scatter the Feta cheese and walnuts.
  • Whisk the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
