These baked succulent salmon fillets are cooked to perfection, coated in a velvety sauce infused with zesty garlic lemon and rich cream. An easy recipe ready in under 30 minutes.

Sauce

butter

garlic, minced

cup
heavy cream

tablespoons
lemon juice

tablespoons
fresh parsley, chopped

teaspoon

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 440F/220C degrees.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
In a medium bowl mix the olive oil, garlic and Dijon mustard.
Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
Make the sauce
In a medium saucepan melt the butter on a medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook for one minute.
Add the cream and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened.
Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
Remove the fish from the oven and pour the sauce over the fillets.
Serve with chopped parsley on top.
