Tomato Burrata Salad

Simple and packed with flavour, this tomato burrata salad is great for summer and a must for tomato season!
- 2 large Heirloom tomatoes sliced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup olives pitted, green, black or mixed
- ¼ cup basil leaves
- 1 ball Burrata cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar sugar free if possible
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Place the tomatoes on an medium plate.
Scatter the olives over the tomatoes.
Tear the Burrata into pieces and scatter over the tomatoes.
Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
Sprinkle with basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.
