Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons water
  • ½ teaspoon allulose or other low carb sweetener

Instructions

  • Heat the raspberries and the water in a saucepan on a medium heat.
  • Bring to a boil and stir.
  • Remove from the heat and add the chia seeds, stirring until the seeds have begun to gel.
  • Add the low carb sweetener to taste.
  • Transfer to a glass jar and cool.
