- 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoons water
- ½ teaspoon allulose or other low carb sweetener
Heat the raspberries and the water in a saucepan on a medium heat.
Bring to a boil and stir.
Remove from the heat and add the chia seeds, stirring until the seeds have begun to gel.
Add the low carb sweetener to taste.
Transfer to a glass jar and cool.
