Keto deviled eggs are a creamy and tangy snack or appetizer that's low in carbs and packed with healthy fats. Made with hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and a touch of apple cider vinegar, these bite-sized treats are a flavorful classic perfect for keto dieters.

Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Arrange the whites on a serving platter.
Mash the egg yolks with a fork until smooth. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
Lightly sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs for a pop of color and flavor.
Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes before serving for best results. Garnish with chopped chives to serve.
This recipe makes 12 deviled egg halves.
