A sugar free version of the classic cranberry mimosa is a refreshing cocktail for the holidays, brunches or any other celebrations.

Champagne
- ½ cup champagne or dry sparkling wine
Make the Cranberry Syrup
Place the cranberries and low carb sweetener in a pan on a medium heat and simmer for 5 - 7 minutes. Stir occasionally for the juices of the cranberries to break down.
Once the cranberries are softened, remove the pan from the heat and use a hand blender for a smoother syrup. Or mash firmly with a fork.
Sieve to remove any cranberry skins or pieces.
Pour into a glass jar or bottle and allow to cool.
Add the lime juice and orange extract. Stir well to combine.
