  • Preheat Oven:
    Set your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Batter:
    In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth batter.
  • Coat Cauliflower:
    Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them until each piece is evenly coated with the batter.
  • Bake:
    Arrange the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they start to get crispy.
  • Prepare Buffalo Sauce:
    While the cauliflower bakes, mix the buffalo hot sauce with the melted butter (and Worcestershire sauce, if using) in a small bowl.
  • Toss in Sauce:
    Once the cauliflower is baked, transfer the florets to a large bowl, pour the buffalo sauce over them, and toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Final Bake (Optional):
    For extra crispiness, return the sauced cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
