A delicious low carb berry cobbler that is pure comfort food.

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 190C/375F degrees.
  • Place the fruit in a baking dish. We used a 8 inch square dish.
  • Beat the butter and low carb sweetener in a bowl until creamy.
  • Add the eggs, vanilla and salt and blend well.
  • Add the almond flour and baking powder and mix well.
  • Spoon the batter on top of the berries.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Eat and enjoy!
