Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
  • Peel the carrots and cut them into thin, even-sized sticks resembling french fries.
  • In a bowl, combine the carrot sticks, olive oil, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat the carrots evenly with the seasonings.
  • Place the seasoned carrot sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Cook the carrot fries in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The fries should turn crispy and golden brown.
  • Once done, remove the carrot fries from the air fryer and serve them immediately as a snack or side dish.
