Air frying butternut squash is a fantastic way to enjoy this sweet and nutty vegetable with a crispy exterior and a tender interior, all without the need for excessive oil or extensive cooking times.

Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes while you prepare the butternut squash.
Start by peeling the butternut squash with a vegetable peeler. Then, cut off both ends of the squash. Cut the squash in half horizontally where the thinner neck meets the wider base.
Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and stringy flesh from both halves. Cut the neck and base of the squash into bite-sized cubes. Aim for uniform pieces to ensure even cooking.
