These butternut squash fries are not only easy to make but also packed with flavor, making them a perfect healthy treat! Enjoy them made in the air fryer or oven.

- 1 Butternut Squash
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Rosemary, fresh chopped
- 2 tablespoons Thyme, fresh chopped
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Prepare Butternut Squash Fries
Peel the butternut squash and remove the seeds.
Cut into long strips, I cut the squash in half, then quarter and cut again into strips.
Mix the oil, herbs and seasoning in a bowl.
Place the butternut squash fries into the bowl and cover thoroughly.
Air Fryer
Set your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned butternut squash fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fries from the air fryer and serve immediately. Enjoy them on their own or with your favorite dipping sauce.
Oven Bake
Preheat the oven to 220C/425F degrees.
Line a tin with parchment paper and place the fries on the paper.
Roast in the oven for 40 minutes, turning after 20 minutes.
Eat and enjoy!
