Create a delicious and healthy sugar-free ginger syrup with just a few simple ingredients

Ingredients

piece of fresh ginger
1
cup
water
1
cup
allulose
or other low carb sweetener
Instructions
Peel the ginger and slice into thin pieces.
Place all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring to ensure the sweetener is dissolved.
Remove from heat and cool.
Sieve the liquid to remove the ginger pieces and store in a sealable jar.
Notes
Makes just under a cup of syrup with one serving being 2 tablespoons.
