CARBS IN A RASPBERRY MIMOSA

A keto raspberry mimosa made with fresh raspberries, dry champagne and low carb sweetener is likely to contain around 3-5 grams of carbs per serving.

INGREDIENTS

raspberry mimosa ingredients
  • Raspberries - fresh are used but frozen could be used too
  • Allulose - other low carb sweeteners such as monk fruit can be used.
  • Champagne - prosecco can be used

HOW TO MAKE A KETO RASPBERRY MIMOSA

This is a simple recipe to make. The raspberry puree is made ahead of assembling the cocktail.

Sieve the raspberry mixture and you are ready to make the cocktail.

WHY HEAT THE RASPBERRIES?

Heating raspberries for a raspberry cocktail puree can help to release their juices and break down their fibers, making it easier to create a smooth and consistent puree. This process also helps to intensify the raspberry flavor and aroma, resulting in a more flavorful cocktail.

RECIPE TIPS

Add ¼ cup of vodka to the raspberry puree mixture for a stronger cocktail.

The raspberries could be muddled with the sweetener then strained.
