In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped strawberries, yogurt and sweetener. Mix well.
Add scoops of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer for at last an hour until frozen. Or spoon into silicone muffin molds.
In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate with the coconut oil until smooth and creamy. Be careful not to overheat.
Use a spoon and dip the frozen yogurts bites into the chocolate and cover. Place them back on the parchment paper tray and return to the freezer.
Once frozen, transfer the clusters to an airtight container or freezer bag for storage. Keep them in the freezer until ready to serve.
