Sugar Free Marzipan

An easy and tasty sugar-free marzipan recipe to make for more low carb sweets and treats.
- 1.5 cups blanched almonds
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon allulose
- 1 tablespoon rose water
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you get a paste.
If the mixture appears too dry and does not form into a dough add a couple of teaspoons of water.
Remove from the food processor, form into a log and wrap with cling film until ready for use.
Store in the fridge for use.
1 serving is 1 1/16th of the recipe. Roll the marzipan into a log and cut into 8 slices, then halve for a serving.
The net carbs will be the total carb count minus the fibre count. Carb count excludes sugar alcohols.
