Berry Cheesecake Trifle

  • 8 coconut blondie square see recipe index
  • 4 Strawberries cut into pieces
  • 100 grams Blueberries
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Sweetener
  • 1 cup Whipped cream whipped to soft peaks
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Beat the cream cheese and vanilla extract with the sweetener until blended.
  • Fold in the whipped cream.
  • In a glass, crumble a blondie in the base.
  • Sprinkle with berries.
  • Cover with the cheesecake mixture.
  • Repeat until the glass is full.
