A Peach Caprese Salad is a delightful variation of the classic Italian Caprese salad, featuring ripe peaches alongside traditional ingredients such as fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium peaches
  • 2 large roma tomatoes or tomatoes of choice
  • 8 oz Bufala mozzarella ball

Dressing

To Serve

  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 5 leaves basil, torn

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the peaches, tomatoes, and basil leaves.
  • Slice the peaches, tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella cheese into thin, even slices.
  • Arrange the peach slices, tomato slices, and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving platter or individual plates, overlapping them slightly.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the peach caprese salad.
