- 2 medium peaches
- 2 large roma tomatoes or tomatoes of choice
- 8 oz Bufala mozzarella ball
To Serve
- 1 tablespoon pesto
- 5 leaves basil, torn
Wash and dry the peaches, tomatoes, and basil leaves.
Slice the peaches, tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella cheese into thin, even slices.
