Keto cheese ravioli offers a low-carb twist on the classic Italian favorite. These savory parcels feature a delectable filling nestled between layers of melted cheese, providing a satisfyingly cheesy bite without the guilt.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the Provolone slices on the parchment paper and bake for 5 minutes until the edges are golden.
Mix the cottage cheese, spinach, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Spoon a generous portion of the spinach and cottage cheese filling onto one of the cheese slices.
Place a slice of cooked cheese on top and press around the filling to seal.
Return the cheese ravioli to the oven and bake for a further 3 minutes.
Serve with warm Marinara sauce.
