This keto chocolate ganache tart features a buttery almond flour crust filled with a rich, velvety chocolate ganache. Perfect for special occasions or everyday indulgence, this low-carb dessert is as simple to make as it is decadent.

Make the Pastry Crust
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a tart pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper.
Place the almond flour, egg, butter, sweetener and vanilla in a food processor. Mix until a dough forms.
Press the dough evenly into the tart pan, ensuring it covers the base and sides. Prick the base with a fork to prevent bubbling.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden. Let it cool completely.
Make the Filling
Heat the cream in a small saucepan over low heat until it just begins to simmer. Do not boil.
Remove the cream from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
Pour the chocolate ganache into the cooled tart shell, spreading it evenly.
Chill the tart in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, or until the ganache sets.
Slice and serve. Optional: Garnish with fresh berries or a sprinkle of sea salt.
Makes 10 slices.
