This keto chocolate ganache tart features a buttery almond flour crust filled with a rich, velvety chocolate ganache. Perfect for special occasions or everyday indulgence, this low-carb dessert is as simple to make as it is decadent.

Make the Pastry Crust

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a tart pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper.
  • Place the almond flour, egg, butter, sweetener and vanilla in a food processor. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Press the dough evenly into the tart pan, ensuring it covers the base and sides. Prick the base with a fork to prevent bubbling.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden. Let it cool completely.

Make the Filling

  • Heat the cream in a small saucepan over low heat until it just begins to simmer. Do not boil.
  • Remove the cream from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
  • Pour the chocolate ganache into the cooled tart shell, spreading it evenly.
  • Chill the tart in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, or until the ganache sets.
  • Slice and serve. Optional: Garnish with fresh berries or a sprinkle of sea salt.

Notes

Makes 10 slices.
