Crispy keto bread crumbs made with almond flour are easy and quick to make and can be used in various dishes for a low carb and gluten-free replacement.

  • Mix the almond flour, olive oil, egg and baking powder in a microwave safe bowl or dish. We used a 5 inch square glass dish.
  • Microwave for 4 minutes 30 seconds until the mixture has hardened.
  • Place the hardened almond flour mixture into a zip lock bag and gently crush into chunky crumbs by hand.
  • Heat the butter in a large skillet on a medium heat and add the keto breadcrumbs. Saute until the crumbs are golden and set aside to cool.

Notes

Makes 10 portions of 2 tablespoons each.
