Add all the ingredients to a medium saucepan and stir to combine.
Cook on a medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the sauce does not stick.
If it's too thick for your preference add more water. Taste and adjust the seasoning if need be.
All to cool before pouring into an air tight glass container.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
