This Keto French Onion Dip is rich, creamy, and packed with the savory goodness of caramelized onions and tangy sour cream. Perfect for dipping fresh veggies, keto crackers, or cheese crisps, it's an irresistible low-carb appetizer or snack that’s sure to impress.

Slice the onions thinly. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onions and a pinch of salt. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and caramelized.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Let cool.
In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to combine.
Set aside a few caramelized onions for decoration, then add the remaining onions and chives to the dip mixture. Gently stir in.
Refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled with your favorite keto dippers like cucumber slices, bell peppers, or low-carb crackers.
