A simple creamy fried cabbage dish with red pepper and onion that can be tweaked to your own tastes. Quick, easy and cheap!

Melt the butter in a large saucepan.
Add the onion and garlic and sautee for 5 minutes until soft and golden.
Add the red pepper and cabbage and cook for 5-8 minutes until soft, not soggy.
Add the cream cheese and stir until soft and smooth.
Season to taste.
